CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialist and is the highest
professional designation awarded by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors
National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Those receiving the CRS designation must complete required courses offered by the Residential Sales Council and must
demonstrate specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing. Less than
four percent of all Realtors hold this designation.
