The requirements for the CRS designation include completing
three college-level courses from a list that includes subjects such as Computer
Applications, Financial Skills, and Personal and Career Management, and Business
development. In addition, the candidate must have experience and education that could
include a college degree or two year associate degree in Real Estate, have served on local
real estate boards, been a speaker at national or State real estate conventions, have been
a full time real estate professional for ten years and have had 150 real estate
transactions plus at least $1 million in sales per year. Further information on the
