LTG stands for Leadership Training Graduate and is a
professional designation awarded by the Women's Council of Realtors, a division of
the National Association of Realtors. Those receiving the LTG designation must
complete four one-day training classes covering personal communication, Public Speaking,
Group Dynamics and Meeting Management and pass a final examination. The graduate must also
have earned "points" by writing published articles, speaking at real estate
events to qualify for this designation.
Jan Sanner is the first Realtor in Fort Wayne to receive the LTG designation.
